DESCRIPTION:Match description: \nWelcome to the Highplains Varmint Town Showdown! We’re thrilled to bring the NRL22x back to Colorado for the first time in over three years. We’ve planned an exciting match for competitors\, featuring targets ranging from 50 to 450 yards. The event will include 12 stages with par times between 90 and 120 seconds. Most of the target engagements will fall within the 150 to 250-yard range. Competitors can look forward to a fun and challenging match\, with the majority of engagements taking place off props. Get ready for a fast-paced showdown! \nLunch will be provided on-site. \nCheck-in will be Friday afternoon from 12-7 PM. Come get your zero and verify your ammo at distance. This is a prairie dog town\, and the rancher wants the population in check\, so come have some fun! Registration will reopen at 6:30 AM on Saturday. Competitors will have until 7:15 AM on the firing line. The safety brief starts at 7:30 AM\, and we’ll go HOT by 8:00 AM. \nMatch location: 40.35024\, -104.1434\nTake Highway 34 to 144 North\, head through the town of Orchard\, and turn left on CR-X. Take the next right on CR-1\, which curves left and becomes CR-Y. Look for the banners at the entrance. \nEntry fee\nAdult: $80\nYouth: $40 \nWhat makes this event unique and welcoming? This event will be shot in the plains of Colorado on an old farm with many props you’ve never imagined\nWill this match be cart friendly? the terrain is quite flat with a few small bumps in the road\, but carts will be welcome\nWhat type of engagements can be expected at this event? engagements will be from 50-450 yards. We are excited to bring you a fun filled fast paced match\nWhat type of lunch will be included? Lunch will be provided we have a few options we are still figuring out which option best suits us all\nAre there any activities scheduled the day prior? Come out friday to check in\, sight in and put the hammer down on some prairie dogs! \nThere will be dry camping on site. If you have a camper or tent you’d like to set up bring it out.
