Shooting Background:
Jeramie found NRL22 in January of 2020 through YouTube (ironically) while searching for information on his newly acquired CZ 455, and technical information about long range shooting and precision rifle. This lead to the discovery of a local club; Northern Colorado Rod & Gun Club on the NRL22 website. NRL22 and NRL22X became an instant obsession. There were a multitude of reasons why this club, and this league became such a passion to him, but it was the family friendly atmosphere cultivated by the MD Bryon Fessler at NCRGC, and the incredibly supportive community that really sank the hook!
With the guidance of an experienced competitor Justin Topel, and an extremely competitive nature he began filming practice sessions as a way to feed his desire to become a more formidable competitor. As the months marched on, the gigabytes of footage from practices sessions began to pile up. His desire to share what he’d learned with the community was what eventually led to the birth of the YouTube Channel “22 Lima Romeo”.
After 6 matches he convinced his wife Bevin and their 2 oldest daughters to compete at the Valentine’s Day match in February of ‘21. Since then, they’ve shot nearly every month together as a family. The Walker’s have worked to assist their match director at every opportunity, setting up and breaking down the match targets every month. Jeramie was promoted to “Assistant Match Director”, and regularly fills in as MD when the need arises. Jeramie is also a competitor for the Burris Optics Shooting Team.
Professional Background:
Jeramie is a professional “fixer of things & solver of problems”, YouTuber, among other things including but not limited to Electrician, Plumber, Millwright, Welder, Mechanic, Photographer and Videographer, general handy man, and tinkerer of sorts. He’s been in the Oil & Gas industry for nearly 20 years, and currently holds the position of Lead I & E Technician for a mid-stream Crude Oil transportation company where he oversees the repair and maintenance and reliability of one of the largest Crude Oil Pipeline asset groups in the state of Colorado. He and his wife Bevin, currently live in Greeley, Colorado with their 5 children.
