Q&As
WHO HOSTS THE MATCH? The Weber Wildlife Federation will host and sponsor an NRL22X rimfire match at its main fire range in Ogden Valley City, Utah (fka Liberty, Utah, and aka Eden, Utah).

WHEN IS THE MATCH? The match will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM (sight-in at 7:00 AM, safety meeting at 8:30 AM, match begins promptly at 9 AM).

WHAT ARE THE RULES? Participants may use .22 caliber rimfire guns or air rifles that meet the NRL22 standards. We will adhere to NRL22X match rules set forth in the NRL22.com website.

WHAT IS THE COURSE OF FIRE (COF)? The COF will consist of 10 separate stages. It will be printed in booklet form for the participants and will also be published and emailed to participants at least 24 hours prior to the course date. Most targets will be positioned between 30-150 yards. At least two targets will be set between 150-310 yards. There will be a variety of props from which the shooters will shoot off of, including custom barricades, large sponsors logos, standard props used in monthly matches (i.e., roofs and pyramids), and others to be announced. There will be at least one timed stage.

HOW MANY SHOOTERS CAN PARTICIPATE? We will allow up to 70 shooters to participate. If the demand is higher than this, we will consider doing a range officer match the day before, on Friday April 25, 2025. Currently, the plan is NOT to hold a range officer match. We plan to have between 20+ dedicated range officers on the day of the match to keep score and spot for the shooters. The scoring will be done through the Practiscore app on tablets or phones. The tablets or phones will be synchronized to a master tablet. The scores will be uploaded to Practiscore.com and NRL22.com within 24 hours of the completion of the match.

AWARDS/PRIZES? Cash awards will be given. The amount of the cash awards will be based on the total number of shooters. For example, if we have 70x shooters participate, we will use roughly 60-65% of the combined registration fees to pay $300 for 1st, $200 for 2nd, and $100 for third, for each of the six classes (see below). We will also have a raffle table with items which will be given away to participants. Each participant will receive up to two raffle tickets as part of the registration fee. No additional raffle tickets may be purchased. Sponsors will be announced in the coming weeks. Utah Airguns has already offered to provide items for the prize table.

WHAT ARE THE DIVISIONS OF SHOOTERS? The classes are: Open, Base, Old Guys, Young Guns, Ladies, and Air Rifle.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE? There is a $100 registration fee. This fee includes lunch, a t-shirt, up to two raffle tickets, and participation in the match.

WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN? Registration starts on February 22, 2025. Payment can be made in cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. You must agree to the WWF event liability consent and waiver agreement in order to participate.

Trophies: 1-3 for all six Divisions.

Prize Table Walk: TBD. We will have a raffle table. All participants will receive up to two raffle tickets included in the registration fee. No additional tickets may be purchased. Each person has an equal change of selecting items from the prize/raffle table.

Round Count: 110

Number of Stages: 10
